To ensure transparent service management, we’ve established a flat fee encompassing all essential services for your Destination Wedding in Italy.
This fee is tailored to your specific event requirements, such as the destination, guest count, additional events, and more.
Prices for destination weddings start from:
WEDDING DAY ONLY : Starting at € 9.100,00
A THREE – DAY CELEBRATION : Starting at € 13.100,00
WHAT OUR FEE INCLUDES
- Unlimited number of meetings/calls/emails to go over.
- Full wedding day management and coordination (even in case of extra events).
- Venue scouting
- Two meetings on site (Venues site inspection, Menu tasting, Hair & Make Up Trial).
- Unlimited number of meetings on site in the area when you are coming to visit the place or during the wedding days.
- Budget and all vendors management (research, contracts, payments).
- Customized project with a series of illustrations made of color combinations, mood boards and design options.
- Accurate study of the layout of the chosen venue.
- Accommodations selection and booking (for spouses and guests).
- Banqueting, Catering, Cake-designers, Local food shops, Star restaurant consultation.
- Rehearsal Dinner, Farewell Brunch, Pool & Beach Parties consultation
- Pizza party in the vineyards, Sensory Wine Tasting,Truffle tasting and much more.
- Transportation consultation
- Paperworks and bureaucracy procedure for Religious and Civil ceremonies.
- Management of all the vendors
- Flexibility in managing and supervising every single aspect (even last minute requests).
